I had a v enjoyable time - particularly good since the last time I went I didn't at all (no fault of BiCon itself, but an interpersonal issue; gave me the fear a bit though & bad associations). i went to an enjoyable workshop and heard about some others I would have liked; but mostly I just really enjoyed getting to hang out with people. Had a v interesting conversation on Sunday night about radical politics and BiCon and how we might try to introduce more of the former into the latter, which would be cool.
Um, if you had a more specific meaning you should elaborate :-) On this particular occasion my aim was to have fun, not to push myself particularly (esp in light of the fact that the last month ha been ludicrous busy), and to feel OK about going properly next year. So I wasn't being wildly political or anything.
