Thanks for the SPD tip! Happily it looks like I already do most of the recommended stuff, partly because of long-standing hip & knee problems (core muscles are suffering a bit from, y'know, having a FOETUS & associated support systems causing them to stretch unduly, but at least they started off OK). I should take myself off for preventative osteopathy soon, actually, as well (not specifically for that, but generally for long-standing hip issues).
