I gather Youngs stopped routine brewery dray deliveries in 1997 because cagers simply cannot stand to wait behind one for ten seconds. If the Police actually cared about this stuff presumably they could drive at a carefully calibrated 20mph with a dashcam and rack up arrests, but... :-/
