OK, have printed out refund request form & will post it with the spare ticket when I get in tomorrow (in fact, technically it's Kitty's ticket I'm refunding, as that was bought separately & thus is the only one in a different carriage from the rest of us, but for ticket-purposes Kitty & Sean are interchangeable :-) ).
