OK, no opera for me (don't know whether they've cancelled it or not, but Mum & I are agreed that this is Not The Weather for outdoors opera). Bah. Am disappointed about the opera, but more so cos I was looking forward to nice picnic in Green Park with Mum. We are planning to reschedule soon, possibly next week if the weather's nice.

So. How am I to get home, this is the next question:

Wussed out & got the tube :-) (only had tshirt & shorts as cycling-suitable clothing, & *really* didn't fancy getting quite that cold)

Luckily it stopped raining just long enough for me to get home... but I still got wet from spray from the road.
