Anytime I've picked folding chairs up I've been very surprised at how light they are, so I wouldn't worry about the weight too much - I think the lightest things are the tripod stools which would be OK for quick sit downs, but possibly not for sitting for extended periods. Maybe you want one of each?

I've found space blankets at £1 a time with the first aid stuff at large chemists. I'm guessing they're the same as the more expensive ones found with the emergency survival gear.

Would walking poles (http://www.millets.co.uk/Millets.storefront/EN/Catalog/76) be of any use? I'm guessing that Glastonbury isn't flat and while you might not want to use walking sticks, having something to give some support with going up and down the hills might be helpful?
