ION: it is Friday! It is sunny! My morning sprint through Hyde Park was less lung-busting than normal[0]! I am off for techno-on-Thames fun this evening, beer at the GBBF tomorrow, & a nice bike ride with uon to Brighton on Sunday (also scheduled to feature quick SWIM, & dinner at Terre a Terre mmmmmm)! Hurrah all round!


[0] Yesterday, as I slumped, wheezing, over my handlebars at the lights, the taxi driver alongside me wound down his window to say "It's supposed to be good for you, love!". I managed to mutter something about that which doesn't kill you making you stronger. This bloody well better pay off in the Getting Faster stakes, that is all.

ETA: is it wrong that I am considering him to be quite cute? Is it wrong that I am blatantly looking at ihasatardis back posts rather than e.g. doing some work? IS IT HOMETIME YET?

Yesterday I was blonde. (well, sort of)

Today I am green. Hurrah. Not sure if I will stick with it post-Glasto or go back to blue; we'll see how well it lasts (I suspect less well than the blue).

Other weekend activity included: watching the Glastonbury film at the Scoop with dogrando, marnameow, & uon & drinking *way* too much red wine (the film was ace though!); being hungover (whoops); failing to go boshing due to being knackered; lots of allotmenting (weeding & planting things & harvesting more lovely raspberries & the first blackberries); eating pizza; watching DR WHO OMGELEVEN; 2 visits to the greasy spoon; assorted exciting household chores; checking the tent for Glastonbury (it is intact, good).
