I am Ill. I appear to have what dogrando has had this week - something one up from a cold, but not quite flu. Aching muscles, headache, slight nausea, cough, sneeze, runny nose, temperature, occasional dizziness. Lovely. Got into work feeling worse all the way, sat there for 30 min continuing to feel worse, sodded off home. I am now drinking Cold-Banishing Drink & about to go to bed for the rest of the day, and probably tomorrow as well.

This is particularly irritating as kitty_goth & I are off to Switzerland on Saturday. I had bloody well better be better by then.

In happier news: if you haven't read Mary Gentle's Ash: A Secret History then do so forthwith, for it is thoroughly ace. (cheers to lilithmagna for the loan!) Good job I finished it on the tube this morning, or I would have great trouble going to sleep instead of reading it.
