Feeling increasingly stressed/crap/useless/etc. Bah. Have therefore decided to abandon both League-celebratory-drinks and the possibility of SynCult, & merely take myself to Ain't Nothin' But. This is an achievement in itself as what I *really* want to do is go home & disappear into the beanbag with a duvet and a cup of tea & a nice book. Bleurgh.
No idea what has brought this on; my best guess is that it may be something to do with the fact that I've now had my period for SIX FUCKING DAYS which is a bit much thanks. (Was that TMI? well, tough)
I fear I may not last long at ANB either, but will give it a go...

If it is hormone stuff, I've had very good results with Raspberry Leaf for aches/cramp/genearal jitteryness and with Black Cohosh root for madness/mood stuff. You can get both from a decent health food shop/herbal place.
And don't kick yrself if you don't last long out, do what you really want to do. Beanbags and books are not to be scoffed at.

Curling up with a duvet and a book is, IMO, an excellent way to spend part of the weekend:-) There's no point making yourself feel even more stressed for the sake of being sociable (and I know you know that - just that sometimes things don't seem that straightforward when we're feeling stressed).
