Been pretty stressed of late. Mostly just Too Much Stuff. I am intending to have a fairly quiet couple of weeks before Glastonbury, in an attempt to recover a bit.

Weekend was good. Friday was the PIXIES, which was utterly ace. [bouncebouncebounce]. I shall go into no further detail, because, well, it was the *Pixies*, right, and what more can I say? Yay.

Saturday Pete & I went to see The Black Rider with vigornian, mr_fleay, & Kate. I spent half the time thinking it was utter genius and the other half thinking it was overly-pretentious nonsense. But I enjoyed it overall, so that was fine.

Was supposed to be at a party in the evening, but couldn't face it due to afore-mentioned stressedness. So Pete went off to another friend's birthday celebrations, kitty_goth came round, and we spent the evening vegging on the sofa, consuming carrot dal, and watching But I'm A Cheerleader (which rocks) and a couple of episodes of the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon - also v fine.

Yesterday the london.crafts meet was at mine, so I spent the afternoon in the company of assorted fine people customising T-shirts. I now have a lovely black vest top with SHINY SEQUINS on. Except, er, that it's rather nicer and less Come-Dancing than that might sound. Still have another 2 tops to play around with - not sure what to do with them yet. kitty_goth, sbp, and daneel_olivaw joined the remnants of the l.crafts folk (i.e. me & Marna, by the time all of 'em had shown up) for pizza & wine in the evening, & I got lots more dress knitted.

It is *hot* today. Glad that I'm cycling & not on the tube, mind.

*hugs* Was good to see you Friday (wheee! Pixies!) and hope stressedness eases soon. Crafts thing sounds like fun - I shall have to attend sometime :)
