This morning I have mostly been

eating roasted seeds. Sunflower & pumpkin & hemp & linseed & sesame, roasted with fennel seed, cumin seed, rosemary, sage, & a little soy sauce at the end. Bloody gorgeous, & very more-ish. But hey, it's healthy fat, honest.

Bad night's sleep last night - lots of waking up & weird dreams. Humph.
