Thank you all for birthday wishes!

Have spent the afternoon reading, knitting, watching Torchwood, and sticking stickers on my map-of-bike-insanity. The reading in particular was v satisfying - I sit down and read far too rarely these days.

Next weekend I'll be in Cambridge with xanna for her birthday and I think everyone else will be coming up for the Saturday too. We could hide all the pots near the front door, in the large tea crate we keep there if you like? It will be a shame not to see you. Alternatively, any evening next week or the weekend after next would also be good?

Somewhat belated but happy birthday! So sorry that we won't make it tomorrow. I have a really shitty cold, and think it might be best to rest tomorrow rather than treck to London.
