julietGot into Philadelphia at lunchtimeish, & met up with Silk. Wandered round the city a little in the afternoon, & went to the art museum, which I liked. Nice modern art collection. Also some armour, which was kind of cool (sharp shiny sword things!).
Dinner at a nice Chinese restaurant, drinks at a bar - we were going to see the band of Silk's friend's brother that was playing there, but it was a bit expensive in, & they were *very* loud, so we repaired to the lower bar with BEER instead. Now back at Silk's, where the others are playing cards, but I'm not keen on card games so am just watching, & checking email & LJ & suchlike. Should, however, now stop & be more sociable.
I have just eaten a very big bag of crisps by accident. I feel slightly sick. Plus it's very hot & sticky, which doesn't help.
