Am having splendidly efficient day so far, due probably to guilt at the fact that I'll be skiving off for long-lunch-break to look at houses this afternoon (though I *will* make my hours up, so it's not too bad). Sorted more photos, tidied desk up & put lots of things away, wrote 4 letters, & now doing research on Northern Ireland. How long will this last? we ask ourselves...

Sadly today's houses are all the Borough-tube end of things, so not all that near to you - tomorrow lunchtime is Bermondsey tube area!
