+ I have made Trillian play nicely with Yahoo again
+ I actually got a proper amount of sleep last night
- I'm still absolutely knackered
- I have far too much work to do & am getting all eepy about this & thus less likely to do stuff & more likely to doss
+ I have done half of the most important briefing already, which makes me feel better
- I have a union meeting about pay negotiations in a second, which is scaring me (long story)
+ I have just briefly discussed same with boss (in his role as union member, not in his role as boss) who cannot make meeting & discovered that he agrees with me
+ I am going on holiday in a mere 6 days
+ I am working from home tomorrow

So that's an all-over plus, I suppose. Doesn't entirely feel like it, but I guess that's just the tiredness & coldness.

You have to change the server to scs.msg.yahoo.com (under Preferences:Yahoo option). Then shut it down & start it up again. If that doesn't work, delete the account from Trillian & reinstate it, then restart Trillian again. Oh yes, & before doing all this, make sure you have the most recent patch (patch F) from the website.

If *that* doesn't work, hit it with a BIG STICK, & then go check out the forums on the Trillian website, there's an address there to tell them about problems.

Indeed I could. I currently have Yahoo & AOL IDs, but think I can set up a MSN (not sure if it handles jabber) one. I'll look into it tomorrow. What's your ID?
