julietIt appears, as several other people have noted, to really truly be spring now. Hurrah. Although my baby plants still haven't started sprouting yet, curses.
In celebration of this, Pete & myself got up horribly early this morning (6am) and went for a walk along the river at dawn. We walked east from Bermondsey - along the top of Rotherhithe Street, round the curve of the river till we reached more or less opposite Canary Wharf (just south of there, in fact, by the Rotherhithe Hilton), when we caught the bus back home. Where we had fried breakfast, mmm. It was absolutely gorgeous - lovely weather for it. Pictures here. We also noticed numerous PUBS, all of which were of course shut at that time of the morning, but we have concluded that sometime in the near future we should undertake a Bermondsey-Rotherhithe Thames Path pubcrawl, as some of them looked quite nice. Anyone up for that?

Then had a busy day dealing with analysis of the staff survey. Joyous. Lots of fiddling around with report layout & figures & other such excitements.

nou's, for which I am already a bit late really, but I wanted to finish off the bit of staff survey I was dealing with, rather than have it hanging over me tomorrow morning...
