thanks to all for nice symapthy/get-well msgs; am not replying individually due to fact that 1-handed typing is achey & feel i should save it for work stuff. see also spelling, abbrevs, lack of caps, etc.

things difficult to do with 1.5 operational hands: tie up dog-poo bags, open jars of honey/Marmite, do up zip on jumper (esp b/c cannot actually put jumper on properly ANYWAY).

thank fvck I have the .5 remaining i.e. LH fingers are operational.

tonight i am getting takeout curry for dinner; feel operating kitchen knife unlikely to pan out well.

Let me know if you want me to drop round a squeezy honey bottle. I'm not sure if the honey currently in it is organic, but I'm happy to empty it into something else and decant your honey of choice into it (prob will not work for set honey though).

Kitchen knives shouldn't pan out unless it's not a non-stick pan.

Soz abt the thumb. GWS.
